Featuring deep red or purple pulp with a rich, sweet flavor (Brix 14–18), this variety is rich in anthocyanins – natural antioxidants beneficial to health. Its vibrant appearance makes it ideal for premium markets. Slightly more sensitive in transport and with shorter shelf life.
White-flesh dragon fruit
The most widely grown variety in Vietnam. Mildly sweet (Brix 12–15), easy to eat, highly durable during transport, and suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.
