Photosensitive Coating
Our photographic emulsion consists of imported photographic emulsion and
resin, which can provides the plate with outstanding alkaline resistance,
superior stability, high sensitive and increased adjusting flexibility when using.
Due to our unique photographic emulsion, our plate has better resolving power.
Vacuum ventilating layer
With tiny ventilating grain layer on the surface, the vacuuming time during
exposure can be greatly decreased, as well as preventing the proportion of tiny
dots from exposuring to vague.
Water Receptive Layer
Excellent water reception capability speeds up the ink-water balance procedure
and helps to reduce water absorption during printing process. Superior water
retaining capability do effectively prevents non-image areas of the plate from
scumming and avoids paper from distortion. Consequently, the printing quality
improved.
Multi Grain Layers
Multi grain layers polish up water receptive property of the non-image areas on
the plate. It increases the ink /water adjusting flexibility, make sure the
developing performance of the tiny dots. It also strengthens the dotsâ??adsoption
power to the coating layer, which can consequently extend the run-length of
the plate.
Anodic-Oxidized Layer
A durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation
process on the aluminium material, which can help to prolong the run-length.
This layer can also resists the corrosive effect done by the correction fluid

Processing:
Newly produced developer can be used for 35 seconds at 23 degree.
With the aging of developer, developing temperature is raised, but better not extend developing time.
For newly produced developer, it can have shorter developing time with higher temperature, such as 25 degree for 30 seconds, but better not higher than 30 degree.
Baking: 230 degree for 2-5 minutes

Shelf life: 12 months
Storage and handling: 10 ~ 30 degree, hold humidity below 65%. Do not store for more than 12 months. Being transported, with light transportation release, crash, break, and fall.

Plate image and checking on halation spots
The appearance of coating of the plate before exposing shows very even, after exposure and processing the coating appearance shows no signs of halation spots and coating very even .
Advice is to perform further testing with its own chemistry combined with a durability test in order to determine bath life (pollution of processor and chemistry) and press performance
