What is HPMC?
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) is a versatile non-ionic cellulose ether derived from natural plant cellulose. It is widely used in building coating adhesives due to its excellent water retention, thickening, and binding properties. HPMC enhances the performance and workability of coatings, making it an indispensable ingredient in modern construction applications.

Recommended substrate conditions and temperature:
1.Remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matter. All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination.
2.If applied on the rusty surface, the rusty layer thickness should be below 45 um
3.Apply in good weather, don¡¯t let coating contact any liquid like water or other solvent before completely dry. No painting be carried out in rainy day outdoor , if the humidity is above 85%, please stop painting
4.The temperature of substrate should be above 5¡ãc, lower temperature might not dry or cause a long time to dry

DATA SHEET FOR EPOXY EPOXY COATING :- INTRODUCTION - EPOXY COATING (HYB) is a two part high solids solvent free epoxy phenolic resin based coating system designed for hard wearing, smooth surface finish for floors, walls and on steel structures. Nonskid surface finish can be achieved on floor, if required. It is most important therefore, that the substrate surfaces are correctly prepared prior to application. 1.Before application of the Epoxy coating (HYB) surface should be free from loose partials, rust, oils, grease or earlier coatings and should be totally dry. 2.New concrete or cementations surface should be placed at least 28 days and have a moisture content of less than 5% before application of Epoxy coating (HYB) 3.After surface is dry, all repair work like sealing of joints, cracks filling of cavities and crevices should be carried out.
