Fillex Manual Direct Filling Machine is designed to texturize glass fibre roving and inject directly into spun (rolled) mufflers with the help of our custom designed glass-fiber texturizing nozzle. The term texturizing is associated with the modification of the physical arrangement of glass fiber filaments, so they offer optimized sound absorbing performance.



Fillex â?? Manual Direct Filling Machine is a manually operated machine and has capacity to drive 2 glass fibre strands, and blow simultaneously with one nozzle or two nozzles operation, depending upon the application type. Machine requires an operator to load and unload the muffler on the horizontal fixture provided with machine, and to start the filling process with the provided foot pedal.

Fillex - Bag Filling Machine is designed to texturize glass fibre roving and inject directly into all side closed PP or PE bags in piecing method with help of our custom designed glass-fiber texturizing nozzle. The term texturizing is associated with the modification of the physical arrangement of glass fiber filaments, so they offer optimized sound absorbing performance.
Fillex â?? Bag Filling Machine is a manually operated machine and has capacity to drive 2 glass fibre strands and blow simultaneously with one customize nozzle for two strands in order to increase productivity. Machine requires an operator to hold the bag during the filling operation and press the start button through foot pedal to initiate the filling cycle.

Fillex - Vertical Filling Center - Twin Station is intended for filling vertically positioned mufflers with textured (blown) glass-fibre filaments (roving). The machine requires an operator to run it. Operations are semi-automatic with automatic processing.



The machine is equipped with a turntable which turns the mufflers180 degrees (counter clockwise and clockwise), the suction table connected with linear unit that lifts up the mufflers to the filling position, and a nozzle housing equipped with nozzles and a feeding unit for the glass-fibre filaments. Poke Yoke system can be integrated as option to verfiy the amount of filled glass fiber, and also for the correct tooling to minimize the errors in production and / or during set up of the machine to different part number.

The machine is intended for filling shell type mufflers with textured (blown) glass-fibre in the silencer cavities. The standard version of machine requires an operator to run it. Operations are semi-automatic with automatic processing, whereas the full automatic system can be build according to requirements.



The machine is equipped with one or more robots and an index table depending on the applications type. The machine fills the muffler same time as the operator replaces a filled muffler with an empty one for filling in the next cycle. This can be done as soon as the turntable has stopped moving.
