- All of the lines that we are able to offer consist of all the machines needed for getting the final product. From cutting the core material, gluing of wear layers, profiling, sanding to final finishing of flooring with oils, stains or varnish (lacquer finish) as well as LED UV Oils and LED UV Varnishes.
- We guarantee high quality finished product developed by our many years of experience in engineered wood flooring manufacturing.
- Every line can be specially tailored upon buyers special needs and requests. A lot of machines can be added to the basic machines in order to fulfil individual buyers wishes (manufacturing capacity, min/max flooring dimensions, types of finishes,...)
- Depending on the buyer's needs every line always has an option of automation.
- When offering new lines we include complete information on technology development leading to the finished product, meaning that we can educate our buyers on how to produce quality flooring using our machinery and technology. This service is always included in the price when offering our new lines.
- In addition to this we are able to provide our buyers with information on all the supplier networks for repro material supply with the best price/quality ratio. It usually takes years for individual manufacturers to get a stable supplier network - with us (given our experience) this process is much faster and easier.
- When offering lines for individual buyers, service of putting machines in action by our experts onsite will always be included in this price.

(For example we can offer integrated all in one machine with roller coater, two buffers for parquet polishing, two brushes for wiping and LED UV unit for fast curing of flooring. All for 28.900 EUR - with this line, two workers in 8h shift can easily finish 200 m2 of flooring)
