New Steel barrels for petroleum oil derivatives products storage
1) Prime Grade Cold rolled steel per JIS G 3141 SPCC SD
2) Colour: Blue (lined)
3) Shell life: Not less than 50 months from the dispatch date from the factory.
4) Classification: Closed and open top (lined/unlined)
5) Steel Quality: Prime grade cold rolled steel, as per JIS G3141 SPCC SD
6) Normal Drum: 210; liters or 55 gallons
7) Steel thickness for body: 0.7 mm, steel thickness for top and bottom 1.4 mm
8) External Height: 883 mm +/1 3mm
9) External diameter : 585 mm +/- 3 mm
10) Internal diameter: 580 mm +/- 3 mm
11) Hoops : Two rolling hoops
12) Corrugation: Set of 4 corrugation on either side or rolling hoops expanded in the body.
13) Bungs : Two sets fitted to the top of the drums (excluded in open top)
14) Bungs size (large): 2”, Bung sixe (small): 3/ 4”
15) External surface: Painted with special formulated staving enamel paint to the color specified by the customer
16) Internal surface:
Plain
Primer coat
Single or double coat of epoxy phenolic lacquer lining
17) Top and bottom seam : Seven tripe seamed
18) Body seam: Electricity welded
