FC – Fixed Carbon % adb 0.00 – 55.60 Solid fraction that delivers most of the heat; ± 55 % is typical of high-volatile bituminous coal.
TM – Total Moisture % ar 6.82 – 7.91 Low (< 10 %); reduces drying costs and keeps the effective heating value high.

The Coal Must Come From A Single Source And From The Contracted Mine.
If It Is A Blend Of Coal From Several Mines, This Must Be Stated In The Supplier's Offer.
The Blend Must Be Homogeneous, And The Supplier Must Indicate The Blend Specifications, The Percentage Of Each Coal Used In The Blend, Including The Analysis Of The Corresponding Coal Specifications, Which Must Be Of The Same Bituminous Grade.
The Coal Blend Must Come From Adjacent Ranges, Never Exceeding 35% Dry Coal (MC) And Never Less Than 25% Dry Coal (MC).
The Blend Is Not Permitted To Alter Volatile Matter, TFA, Or Hard Lumpy Matter.
The Supplier May Supply Coal From Various Sources, Provided The Coal Meets The Specifications Provided Below.
