Specifications:
High Temperature Resistant Quartz Glass Tubes Cylinder
• Inner diameter: 150 mm
• Wall thickness: 4 or 5 ± 1.2 mm
• Outer diameter tolerance: ± 4.5 mm
• Length: 1000 ± 5 mm
• Straightness tolerance of the tubes must not exceed 0.4% of the tube length
• Tube ends must be cut evenly and ground, chips larger than 2 mm are not allowed
• Working temperature: 1250 C
• Tubes must be resistant to crystallization: when tested at 1000 C for 2 hours followed by air cooling, no signs of crystallization should appear on the tube surface
• Tubes must be thermally resistant: after heating to 800 C and subsequent cooling in running water, they must withstand 15 thermal cycles without cracks, fractures, chips, or spalls
• The tubes must be chemically resistant to acids
• Each tube must be packed individually for shipping
