Qty: Purchase order: 300,000 MT/month x 12 months.
Total purchase quantity: 3,612,500 MT (Trial order- 12,500 MT)
Payment shall be made at the port of loading after the SGS inspection has been completed and the financial instrument has been received. Upon receipt of the instrument, the Seller shall issue a 2% Performance Bond (PB). Ownership of the goods shall be transferred, and the full set of shipping documents submitted to the Buyer's bank for the release of payment via MT103.
