TERMS:
MT199 to the bank of each other, and BUYER goes ahead.
100% DLC: At sight, Irrevocable with 90 days validity, against full required documents. DLC/SBLC is from Major bank located in HK.
2% performance bond active DLC (MT700)/SBLC.
So the customer needs a large quantities of 100% Non-GMO Crude Rapeseed Oil, with the following conditions and features :
Seller/Exporter must acquire China qualified GACC code.
Must be on the whitelist of China Customs.
The product will be shipped and named on Proforma Invoice from only authorized plants with acceptable GACC numbers for China Customs. The shipping plant GACC number will be on the Documents when the loading starts.
5- DISCHARGE OF PORT: CIF ANY SAFETY PORT OF CHINA
INCOTERMS: COST, INSURANCE, AND FREIGHT (CIF) PAYMENT.
PRICE: CIF China port USD $ TBD/MT.
6- TERMS:

7- If any of the documents provided are fake or counterfeit, then this DLC is voided. Those documents included but were not limited to Bills of Lading, SGS inspection reports, Health certificates, etc. If documents are confirmed to be fake or counterfeit by the shipping company or SGS, not only the LC be voided, but the 2% PB is forfeited as a fine.
Seller/manufacturer must have China Qualified GACC/CIFER Code: If the manufacturer does not yet have a valid GACC code for this type of product, he must agree to obtain one:
- A GACC code can be obtained in 2-3 weeks at most, for a fee of $1000.
Seller :
1- It must be a manufacturer, not a reseller, if possible !
2- The manufacturer/seller must be able to provide the DUNS NUMBER or equivalent for verification.
3- If the manufacturer/seller already has a valid GACC CODE for this type of product, that''s fine; if not, he must be able to obtain one in order to finalize the purchase and, above all, secure shipment to China.
4- The manufacturer/seller and his team must agree to one or more video meetings with the buyer and his team.
5- The price must naturally be within the target price.
