Product Type: 100% Pure Aronia Juice, Not From Concentrate (NFC)
· Brix (°Bx): 16.05 (Acceptable range: 14.1 - 18.0). Measured refractometrically at 20°C.
Acidity: 0.5 - 1.3 g/100g (computed as malic acid or as specified).
Density: 1.05 - 1.08 g/cm³
Additional Quality: Must be free from additives, preservatives, and added sugars. Certificate of Analysis (COA) required with each shipment.
2. Packaging & Logistics Requirements:
· Primary Packaging:
· Aseptic bags in food-grade drums (e.g., 220L).
· Net weight per drum: 180 - 220 kg.
· Bulk Shipment:
· Food-grade road tankers are acceptable and preferred for large orders.
· Shipment Terms: Preferably FCA or FOB [Your Location/Port?].
3. Volume & Delivery Schedule:
Annual Volume: 400,000 kg (Four Hundred Thousand Kilograms).
Order Frequency: Regular monthly orders.
Initial Pilot Order: 96,000 kg.
Critical Deadline: The first order must be loaded and shipped no later than September 15th.
