Product: Copper Cathodes
Specifications:
1. One original executed copy of the Sales and Purchase Agreement is lodged with Seller’s bank;
2. Parties agree to trial order. Within 5 working days of signing the SPA, Buyer shall provide Seller with a proof of funds (POF), indicating capacity to cover the cost of the goods for the trial order.
3. Upon confirmation of Buyer's POF, Seller will commence shipping of trial order to the mutually agreed bonded warehouse
4. Upon receipt of the goods, Buyer must pay the full amount of the purchase price for that batch of goods to Seller by TT WIRE TRANSFER on the same day after receipt of successful Assay report and export documents. After receiving the full payment, Seller transfers ownership of the goods to the Buyer.
5. After successful trial order, Buyer will issue the DLC MT700 (Irrevocable, Confirmed, and Divisible for One Year and One day) to Seller as bank guarantee, the DLC value will cover the value of goods of monthly order.
6. The Seller will issue a 2% PB to Buyer within ten (10) banking days of receiving of the DLC. The Buyer will provide their readiness and cargo receiving arrangement confirmation along with inspection arrangement for Copper Cathodes at warehouse mutually agreed to by the Buyer and the Seller.
7. After the trial shipment, the Seller will deliver goods in three instalments each month, with each instalment being at least 1000 tons. After monthly quantities are delivered to the mutually agreed warehouse, the Buyer will make payments to Seller via MT103 or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) methods after receipt of successful Assay report and export documents. After receiving the full payment, the Seller will transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer.
8. Seller pays the commissions to the mandates/intermediaries after the receipt of each payment from Buyer within 24 hours after the receipt of each payment from Buyer.
9. Seller will pay all taxes, duties, levies and other costs, required in the country of origin including shipping costs, customs clearance and government taxes, insurance and handling fees to be paid by Seller before first shipment
10. Buyer or Buyer's Designated Entity will pay all taxes and fees including transportation of the commodity from the customs to the Buyer's refinery as required in the country of import.
