- No advance payment for TTM in seller's country will be paid by buyer to the seller. Buyers can take care of all their expenses. Invitation letter to be provided by the seller. Q & Q will be done by buyer's SGS or equivalent team at their expenses.
FOB:
- No Buyer tank farm endorsement for CI or DTA/ ATV / TSR / Hub No., Tank coordinates, TAC before Q & Q 9n seller's tanks.
- No Shared TSR
- No seller tank extension before Q & Q in seller's tanks
- Buyer can extend or takeover seller's tanks after Q & Q in seller's tanks
