Specifications:
Product Overview
• Category: Fibreglass rod with fishing wire + bead, packaged in a branded fabric bag
• Variants:
• A. Single-stick set: 1 rod per bag
• B. Double-stick set: 2 rods per bag
Detailed Specifications (apply to every rod)
Fibreglass Rod
• Length: 800 mm
• Diameter: 12–13 mm (either is acceptable)
• Drill hole: Ø 1 mm, 415 mm from one end (through-center)
• Orientation reference: short end = 415 mm; long end = 385 mm
Fishing Wire
• Material: Transparent monofilament
• Strength: 24 lbF (~10.9 kgf)
• Final visible length (after tying): 45 cm total measured from hole exit to bead
• Purpose: overlaps the 41.5 cm short side by ~4 cm
• Cut length: longer than 45 cm (factory to allow for threading & knots; ~48–50 cm typical)
• Attachment method (very important):
• Pass wire once through the 1 mm hole
• Tie a secure knot directly at the hole to fix the wire in place (no doubling back)
• Only one single strand continues outward
• Tie bead at the free end with a double knot (no glue, no crimp)
Bead
• Material: cheapest available (plastic or wood)
• Size: = 10 mm diameter
• Any stock color acceptable
Bag
• Fabric bag, printed with our logo (artwork to be supplied)
• Strap included
• Variant A bag: sized for one 800 × 12–13 mm rod
• Variant B bag: sized for two 800 × 12–13 mm rods
• Closure: drawstring (or cheapest reliable option you recommend)
Assembly Step 9 (new)
• For tidy packing/shipping: wrap the wire around the top of the rod and secure with a small piece of tape or a sticker so it stays neat inside the bag.
Quality Control
• Verify hole position (415 mm) and diameter (1 mm)
• Verify finished wire length = 45 cm
• Knot security pull test (light)
• Bead knot secure and consistent
• Bag print alignment and stitching check
• Final visual inspection for each unit
Packaging (Amazon FBA prep)
• Each finished unit (bag containing 1 or 2 rods) packed in a clear polybag
• Apply FNSKU label (we supply) on the polybag
• Include suffocation warning if required by bag size (you can provide standard text)
• Master carton packing:
• Qty/carton: please propose (typical 20–50 units/carton)
• Carton must meet FBA limits (= 22.7 kg; reasonable dimensions)
• Apply Amazon shipment/carton labels (we supply)
• Please propose carton dimensions/weights for both variants.
